What You'll Do
  • Shape and deliver the FP&A roadmap, ensuring alignment with Hireup's strategic direction
  • Lead, coach and develop a high performing team of financial planning analysts
  • Partner with senior leadership to advise on business performance, growth, and commercial trade-offs
  • Lead the annual budgeting process and ongoing re-forecasting, ensuring alignment with strategy and resource planning
  • Own and evolve Hireup's pricing framework, including scenario analysis of regulatory and wage changes
  • Provide financial insights to guide investment, pricing, and strategic decisions
  • Drive continuous improvement in FP&A processes, tools, and modelling to enhance insight and speed of planning
Your Background
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • CPA/CA qualified or equivalent commercial finance experience - Desirable
  • Proven FP&A or commercial finance experience, ideally 5+ years
  • Proven track record of successfully leading an FP&A team
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and communicate insights effectively to diverse stakeholders
  • Experience with financial modeling, budgeting and forecasting
  • Strong grasp of pricing frameworks and impact of external factors (e.g., regulation, wages)
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
  • Hands-on team player with the ability to work strategically
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
