Adelaide, South Australia Haircare Australia Full time

At Haircare Group, we're more than just a company—we're a trusted partner to the professional hair industry. Proudly Australian and family-owned for over 50 years, we're passionate about building industry-leading brands and distributing premium haircare products across Australia and New Zealand. Founded by a hairdresser, for hairdressers, we understand that for us, it's more than hair—it's about making a difference in people's lives.

The Role

We're looking for an experienced Supply Planning Manager to lead our inventory and demand planning function at Haircare Group. Based in South Australia and reporting directly to the General Manager, you'll work cross-functionally with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure optimal inventory levels, strong supplier relationships, and smooth operations across the supply chain.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing and dynamic organisation where your skills in planning, leadership, and data analysis will have a direct impact on service levels and operational efficiency.

Why this is the role for you:

  • Work cross-functionally across supply, logistics, finance, and warehouse functions
  • Make your mark by improving inventory processes and reducing waste
  • A leadership opportunity within a values-driven, Australian-owned business

Your Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and manage inventory levels across multiple locations, ensuring accuracy and availability
  • Analyse trends and supplier data to develop smart replenishment and forecasting strategies
  • Build strong relationships with suppliers and internal teams to resolve stock issues quickly
  • Identify slow-moving or obsolete inventory and implement strategies to reduce waste
  • Partner with the Warehouse Manager to optimise physical inventory processes
  • Collaborate with buying, logistics, and finance teams to ensure seamless supply operations
  • Prepare reports and insights to inform strategic decision-making and continuous improvement

What We're Looking For:

  • Tertiary qualification in business, supply chain, logistics or finance (preferred)
  • Proven experience in inventory planning and supply chain management
  • Proficiency in inventory systems and tools – Netsuite experience is a bonus
  • Familiarity with Just-In-Time (JIT) and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) principles
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into action
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Collaborative and flexible – able to adapt to change in a fast-paced environment

What We Offer:

  • The opportunity to lead and grow in a highly respected Australian business
  • Generous staff discounts and access to premium haircare products
  • A positive, people-first culture where your contributions are valued
  • A chance to work alongside passionate, driven professionals who love what they do

Ready to Take the Next Step? Apply Now

If you're an experienced inventory or supply chain leader looking for your next opportunity, we'd love to hear from you. Join a business where your leadership, insights, and vision can help shape the future of the professional hair industry.

Please note: You must have full Australian work rights to apply for this role.
