Supply Chain and Operations Capability Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain and Operations Capability Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional outcomes. As a key member of our leadership group, you will be responsible for ensuring the right people, skills, and systems are in place to support our operational and supply chain targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with planning teams to identify resource and capability gaps across supply chain programs.
  • Develop and execute workforce capability strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Partner with Recruitment, Learning & Development, and Talent teams to address workforce shortfalls and support capability building initiatives.
  • Provide leadership and direction to the supply chain and operations team, setting clear goals and performance expectations.
  • Support effective resource prioritisation and decision-making within a constrained environment.

Available for collaboration calls outside normal working hours (UK timezone) is required. Periodic travel may also be required on an ad hoc basis.
