Marketing Manager

Responsibilities- Reports to the Managing Director – Australasia.
- The incumbent will be very hands on and strategic in all aspects of the role.
- The role works closely with the GMs of Sales, the BDMs Sales and Product Teams for Automotive Replacement (AR) and Industrial Replacement (IR).
- Functional parameters include but are not limited to the following areas of responsibility:
- Launch Planning & Marketing
- Liaise with Marketing Managers of Gates key customers; report on Return on Investment (RoI) of sales promotions, agree targets with customers and ensure results meet target
- Advertising & Communication
- Artwork & Design Management
- Promotional Planning & Coordination
- Public Relations & Sponsorship
- Event Management
- Information Management & Reporting
- Assist with a variety of other sales and marketing projects and tasks as required
- 5-7 years of experience in a sales and marketing environment
- Formal qualification in Marketing
- Excellent computer skills with ability to efficiently use various digital marketing tools and Office suite, especially Excel
- Experience with Marketo (Marketing Automation) and CRM programs will be advantageous but not essential
- Have the proper work right status for employment in Australia without requiring company sponsorship
