WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
As an SEO Specialist, you will work directly with small to medium businesses, helping them grow and compete online. You'll be responsible for delivering end-to-end SEO campaigns, from strategy through to execution and reporting, giving you the opportunity to see the real impact of your work on clients' businesses.
Your role will include technical audits, improvements to site performance, structured data implementation and supporting site migrations alongside developers. You'll also be hands-on with content optimisation, working closely with writers to ensure strategies align with search intent and help businesses connect with their audiences. Link building and outreach will also be part of your remit, along with reporting on performance and providing insights that translate into measurable outcomes.

YOU WILL NEED
- 2+ years' experience in SEO
- Agency experience is beneficial
- Previous account management and client communication experience
- Ability to simplify technical SEO into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders
- Strong Communication skills - both written and verbal
- Analytic abilities
- The desire to work in a small tight knit team
- Autonomy over your work
