You'll design and run high-impact campaigns, partner with our Directors and Account Managers, and work closely with the Head of SEO to deliver exceptional client outcomes. With your mastery of tools like Screaming Frog, SEMrush, Ahrefs, GA4, and Looker Studio, you'll uncover opportunities, craft smart strategies, and drive measurable growth.   • $80-100K+super+bonus
  • Minimum 2 Years of SEO Project Management & Strategy experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end client communications while delivering SEO strategies to meet KPIs.
  • Conduct keyword research and optimise on-page elements (content, meta tags, headings) for target keywords.
  • Perform technical audits to resolve crawlability, indexing, speed, and mobile issues.
  • Build high-quality backlinks from authoritative, relevant sources.
  • Collaborate with content specialists to embed SEO best practices in new content.
  • Monitor rankings, traffic, and campaign metrics; produce client reports with actionable insights.
  • Analyse competitor SEO strategies to identify opportunities.
  • Use SEO tools to research keywords, track rankings, and assess performance.
  • Stay current on SEO trends, algorithm changes, and industry best practices.

About You

  • 3 years' SEO experience with a strong track record in planning and executing successful digital marketing strategies, both technical and non-technical.
  • Proficient in G-Suite programs, as well as SEO and analytics tools including SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, GA4, and Google Data Studio, with the ability to communicate best practices and gain buy-in for recommendations.
  • Highly organised and results-focused, with experience developing processes to boost productivity, managing multiple priorities, and meeting deadlines.
  • Brings a growth mindset, analytical approach, and strong problem-solving skills, alongside excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
