Role and teamWe have an exciting opportunity to join our Retail Support Team as a Regional Training Manager on a 12 month fixed term contract, reporting into our Senior Regional Relationship Manager. This role forms part of a broader team of Regional Training Managers who are passionate learning professionals, committed to supporting our retail stores with market-leading training and development.
In this role, you'll be responsible for building the capability of our store teams across a portfolio of stores within Victoria and Tasmania. You'll deliver engaging training through face-to-face workshops, virtual classrooms and conducting store visits, to ensure our team has the skills and confidence they need to succeed in their roles. Your ability to build strong relationships, influence, mentor and coach others, and inspire teams will be key to your success, driving retail performance and embedding our strategic business plans across the region.
Skills and qualificationsThe skills we are looking for:
- Retail management experience with a passion for coaching and developing capability
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to design and deliver training material to small and large audiences
- Commitment to customer service with experience in the creation of end-to-end initiatives to enhance capability
- Effective collaborator with strong influencing skills to align training with business needs
- A driver's license with the ability to travel regionally and interstate
