Business Analyst - ADMS Implementation
12-Month Contract
Melbourne CBD
$900-$950/day inc.
3 Days Onsite

We're looking for an experienced Business Analyst to support the delivery of a major Advanced Distribution Management System (ADMS) project for a leading utility provider.

This role will focus on gathering and managing requirements, supporting solution design, and ensuring successful integration with key systems including SCADA, GIS, OMS, and DERMS.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead workshops and document functional/non-functional requirements

  • Work with technical teams and vendors to ensure solution alignment

  • Map and optimise operational processes (e.g. FLISR, VVO)

  • Coordinate testing activities across FAT, SAT, SIT, and UAT

  • Support stakeholder engagement, training, and change management

What You'll Bring:

  • Proven experience delivering large-scale IT/OT or ADMS projects

  • Strong knowledge of electricity distribution operations and systems

  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills

  • Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall delivery models

Desirable: Experience with ADMS platforms (GE Vernova, Siemens, etc.), BA certifications, and cybersecurity awareness.
