Job Description

The Finance Business Partner will be responsible for the following:

  • Partner with the SLT to provide financial insights and recommendations
  • Manage an Assistant Accountant and accounts payable/receivables
  • Develop and maintain budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling systems
  • Engage with stakeholders to understand financial performance
  • Provide financial analysis to support strategic decision making
  • Budgeting, forecasting
  • Assist with the preparation of monthly and yearly financial statements
  • Assist with the audit
  • Drive process improvement initiatives within the finance department
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
  • Participate in special projects as required

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Business Partner should have:

  • A degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • Professional accounting qualification (CA/CPA or equivalent)
  • Audit or Business Services background is an advantage
  • Solid experience in financial modelling and analysis
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Strong business partnering skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and financial software applications
