As the Retail Manager, you'll take full ownership of the store's performance – driving sales, leading a high-performing team, and ensuring every customer interaction reflects our premium standards. Your role is equal parts strategic leadership and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach and mentor a passionate team to exceed sales and service targets
  • Drive a culture of excellence through consultative selling and customer-first mindset
  • Analyse store performance, identify opportunities and implement action plans
  • Ensure high standards of visual merchandising, store presentation and brand consistency
  • Manage stock levels, inventory control and accurate order fulfilment
  • Champion team development through training, feedback and succession planning

About You
  • Proven experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Manager in high-ticket or design-led retail
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and lead by example
  • A sales-driven mindset with a focus on KPIs, conversion and performance metrics
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills
  • Operationally strong – from rostering and stock control to visual merchandising
  • Passionate about creating an inspiring and rewarding team culture
