Why you're applying for the role and why you're suitable.
Work locality requirements as there is an in-office element to this role in Newcastle.
Why You'll Actually Love It HereThis is not a job for someone waiting to be told what to build.
This is a role for someone ready to design, own, and lead.
We're a fast-moving, tech-forward business in the finance and property investment space where speed, compliance, automation, and precision matter.
You'll be the person who builds the entire backend system from the ground up, driving AI, automation, internal tooling, and integrations, ensuring everything works together with speed, reliability, and brilliance.
This Role Is for the Technologist WhoIs obsessed with systems, automation, AI, backend design, and real-time optimization.
Has IP in lending, real estate, or investing — or wants to learn quickly and use it to build wealth.
Is a team-first operator always chasing that next 1 percent margin of improvement in workflows, systems, and delivery.
Is ready to champion change and be the go-to driver of all things tech.
Doesn't want to sit among 40 technical analysts waiting for tickets.
Wants to own, architect, and be proud of what they create.
What You'll Be DoingArchitect and build automation pipelines, agentic AI systems, internal tools, and compliance logic.
Link everything from document ingestion to proposal generation to broker workflows.
Build and maintain the client portal, with ownership over UI, OCR, task automation, and integrations.
Create systems that scale and that people trust.
Debug, test, improve, and optimize in real-time.
Be the first and last line of tech with full ownership and full credit.
We've got the vision, creativity, and roadmap; now we need your precision to bring it to life and launch fast.
What You'll OwnAll backend infrastructure powering a nationally scaled business.
Automation of tasks that replace whole admin layers.
AI agent orchestration for document reviews, compliance notes, workflows.
CRM logic, dashboard updates, Teams and Outlook notifications.
API orchestration, backend prompt and logic strategy, and rollout of real-time intelligence.
Monitoring, rollback, testing, QA — you own reliability.
Why AI Is Core to This RoleThe AI landscape is changing daily, and we're not just keeping up; we're staying ahead of it.
You'll lead how we test, adopt, and integrate the next generation of AI tools into our business, faster, smarter, and more creatively than anyone else in our space.
This is about creating leverage. Every AI integration you build should multiply capacity, reduce bottlenecks, and create better outcomes for both clients and staff.
If you're excited to be the person who constantly finds a better way and implements it, this is your playground.
We're a high-output, high-banter team that gets serious results but doesn't take ourselves too seriously.
There's no corporate filter, no walking on eggshells. We're here to build fast, have fun, and solve real problems without the fluff.
You won't be micromanaged.
You'll be trusted and expected to lead, deliver, break stuff (then fix it better), and genuinely own your corner.
We have high expectations, and we meet them by working collaboratively, communicating constantly, and pushing for fast, high-quality outcomes.
If you thrive on momentum and take pride in getting things done, you'll love it here.
And here's the kicker. While you're building the tech, you'll also be learning how this industry creates serious wealth at serious velocity.
The kind of knowledge most people pay to access.
We want you to use it, replicate it, and build your own version of success along the way.
We're not here to manage KPIs.
We're here to align on outcomes and chase the stuff we're genuinely excited to ship.
If you want to
Build it
Lead it
Own it
Be proud of it
