The PositionSenior Finance Business Manager
As the Senior Finance Business Manager, you will lead the entire Finance department within the dealership, overseeing all finance and insurance operations, whilst driving strategic lending solutions for customers. This senior leadership role requires strong management capabilities to set the overall direction for the department as well as guiding, supporting and overseeing a second Business Manager of whom is designed to be a key support resource for you in order to deliver a strong and collaborative performance across the dealership. As a team you will also play a key role in supporting the sales team, leveraging finance as a strategic tool to enhance the sales cycle and drive business performance.

Skills and experience
Finance & Insurance industry experience is a must
Strong sales mind-set and orientation
Highly effective customer service skills, preferably within a sales environment
Proficient acumen working with numbers, strong attention to detail, high level organisational skills
High level of communication, ability to work across multiple internal and external stakeholder groups.
