Make an ImpactThe Project Officer plays a key role within the Project Management Office (PMO) at Endeavour Foundation, supporting the PMO Manager and Project Managers in the effective coordination and delivery of multiple projects across an organisation-wide portfolio. The role coordinates administrative and documentation tasks that underpin strong project governance, consistent project management processes, and timely reporting. Working closely with a broad range of stakeholders, the position helps maintain alignment and momentum across the entire project lifecycle. As part of a high-performing team, this role contributes to ensuring projects are well-managed and deliver meaningful outcomes.
Key Duties- Provide coordination and administrative support across multiple projects, including maintaining documentation, schedules, resource tracking, and risk registers.
- Support the PMO Manager with portfolio-level governance, reporting, and oversight, ensuring project information is accurate and delivered on time.
- Assist Project Managers with creating and managing project plans, steering committee packs, budget tracking, and status updates throughout the project lifecycle.
- Facilitate stakeholder communication and engagement by coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, capturing minutes, and following up on actions.
- Organise travel, logistics, and engagement activities to support project delivery and implementation across various sites.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by supporting updates to project dashboards, tracking benefits realisation, and refining delivery processes and tools.
You are a proactive and solutions-focused team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment. With strong organisational and time management skills, you can manage competing priorities while maintaining attention to detail and producing high-quality work.
To Succeed In This Role, You Will Have- Tertiary qualifications in Business Administration, Project Management, Public Administration (highly desirable).
- Formal training in project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Prince2 Foundation, or PMBOK-aligned certification (e.g. CAPM).
- Demonstrated experience in providing administrative project support across multiple projects of varying sizes, within an organisation-wide portfolio.
- Proficient in reporting and project tools including Power BI, Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, and other relevant software applications.
- High level interpersonal and communication skills to develop relationships with team members and stakeholders.
You will be required to undertake a Fit2Work National Criminal History Check and hold or be willing to obtain a Blue Card and NDIS Worker Screening Check.
