Location: Townsville

As the Site Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional support to clients with physical and psycho-social disabilities. You will lead and inspire a dedicated team to deliver person-centered care within our Home Service. Your responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, coordinating individualised care plans, and fostering a collaborative environment that empowers both team members and clients.

Responsibilities
  • Support the financial performance of the Home Service site through effective management of operating expenditure in line with budget
  • Ensure team member awareness of each individual requirement
  • Provide support aligned to the person's plans and goals, including personal hygiene and living skills to ensure a safe and comfortable living environment
  • Deliver and encourage accurate documentation of all activities to ensure an audit trail and maintenance of progress notes
What You Can Bring To The Team
  • Experience in the Disability sector, with complex behaviours and mental health challenges; relevant qualifications will be highly regarded. Experience with Dementia Care would be highly regarded.
  • Experience supervising site operations and delivering services aligned with organisational policies and procedures
  • Proven interpersonal and communication skills and ability to grow relationships with team members and stakeholders
  • Problem solving skills to identify problems, develop solutions and implement them in a logical, systematic way
  • A Certificate III in Disability and/or Certificate III in Individual Support will be highly regarded
  • Availability to work some weekends and overnights where required
  • Hold or be willing to obtain a Working with Children Check (Blue Card), NDIS Worker Screening Check (Yellow Card), First Aid, CPR, National Criminal History Check (Fit2Work), and an open Driver's License with comprehensive insurance on your vehicle
