Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years of experience in technology-related sales or business development at a B2B software company.
  • 10 years of experience managing and leading a team.
  • Experience engaging with accounts, selling a portfolio of products at C-level.
  • Experience in IaaS or PaaS sales roles.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with cross-functional partners in implementation projects and agreements.
  • Experience driving growth of cloud technologies in the Digital Natives/Startups industry.
  • Ability to engage and influence new relationships across the portfolio to drive growth.
About the Job

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the market success of Google Cloud Platform and for the adoption of cloud solutions. You will influence business metrics such as growth, business cycles, and new logo acquisition through teamwork and programmatic engagement. You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Product Strategists to achieve goals.

Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of high-performing Field Sales Representatives and foster a growth culture.
  • Build relationships with customers, understanding their technology footprint, strategy, and growth plans.
  • Lead account strategy to generate and develop business growth opportunities, collaborating with Customer Engineers and Partners.
  • Represent the territory in planning, town halls, and meetings, with timely reporting.
