Recruitment Specialist across Investment, Funds Management, Capital Markets and Direct Property

Our client is an Australian fund manager and developer with a focus on real estate and private capital. They invest in high-conviction deals, focusing on value, special situations, and assets they know well. Founded by experienced investors and operators, they move fast, think creatively, and invest their own capital alongside a trusted network of family offices and private investors.

They are looking for a smart, driven analyst to join the investment team. This is a rare chance to step out of the advisory lane and into a principal investing seat. You'll be working directly with decision-makers on live transactions from day one.

The Role:

  • Supporting the sourcing, analysis, and execution of investments across real estate and private capital.
  • Building and maintaining financial models, investment memos, and deal materials.
  • Conducting market research, underwriting assets, and assessing capital structures.
  • Participating in DD, negotiations, and deal execution processes.
  • Working directly with founders, operators, and capital partners.
  • Bringing commercial thinking and hustle to everything you do.

The Candidate:

  • 1–3 years of experience in Big 4, real estate advisory, investment banking, or a boutique firm.
  • Financially sharp – you know how to model cashflows, not just format them.
  • Analytical but commercial – you want to understand the why, not just crunch the what.
  • Hungry, humble, and ready to work hard on things that matter.
  • Interested in real estate, private markets, and long-term value creation.
