Job Description

Core / Primary Role: Account growth by maintaining and expanding existing client relationships, building strong executive partnerships, and leveraging networks to position WNS as a preferred vendor. Analyze market data for trends and opportunities, translating insights into operational plans. Identify opportunities for additional solutions within existing accounts and communicate value propositions to clients and prospects.

Decision Support: Manage knowledge and communicate insights, recommendations, and customer requirements to leadership teams.

Region Growth: Responsible for the maintenance and growth of assigned clients, acting as a domain expert.

Sales Support: Collaborate with sales teams to support new pursuits, analyze market trends, and articulate WNS's competitive advantages. Drive CRM adoption to ensure high-quality data and pipeline metrics.

Presales & Solutions Inputs: Influence solution architecture teams, promote innovation and technology integration, and guide presales efforts to develop opportunities with prospects and current clients.

Capability Creation & Intelligence: Provide market insights and strategic inputs for developing platforms, partnerships, new services, and pricing strategies, positioning consulting as a key market offering.

Qualifications

Preferably experience in the Travel & Hospitality domain. Minimum 10 years in Business Operations Management. Strong leadership, influencing, and inspiring skills. Commercial acumen, detail-oriented, and experience working in a matrix environment. Ability to lead through ambiguity, excellent communication skills, and willingness to travel extensively.
