Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide deep expertise in SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll, and related modules).
  • Manage system configuration, maintenance, upgrades, and testing OR lead functional design, process optimisation, and stakeholder collaboration—depending on your focus.
  • Drive day-to-day system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure compliance with business requirements.
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for system enhancements, half-yearly upgrades, and change initiatives.
  • Partner with HR, payroll, and IT teams to deliver seamless solutions, from technical support to process improvements.
  • Handle incident management, data accuracy reviews, and ad-hoc reporting or functional documentation as needed.
  • Support project implementations.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience with SAP SuccessFactors—either as a Technical SME/System Administrator or a Functional Lead.
  • Strong skills in system configuration and troubleshooting OR process design and stakeholder engagement.
  • Ability to manage or contribute to complex HR technology projects with a focus on quality and efficiency.
  • Familiarity with Australian HR/payroll practices is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a collaborative and proactive approach.
  • A passion for leveraging technology to solve business challenges.
