About The Role

This opportunity is based across Geelong and the Western suburbs of Melbourne. Working for a global Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), you'll have access to in-house product training with Chillers and Building Management Systems (BMS). Day-to-day responsibilities include routine troubleshooting, testing, repairs, and maintenance on air conditioning systems, chillers and other commercial equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Routine troubleshooting
  • Testing, repairs and maintenance on air conditioning systems, chillers and other commercial equipment
  • Taking ownership of problems and following through to resolution
  • Maintaining high standards of quality and delivery, while exceeding customer service expectations
  • Involvement in growing our sales, increasing market share and enhancing profitability
Requirements

We are looking for self-motivated individuals who are proactive, professional, punctual, well presented and possess a can-do attitude.

As a Minimum You Must Have
  • High level of communication skills (oral and written)
  • Knowledge of quality assurance procedures
  • Experience with HVAC systems and comprehensive knowledge of HVAC components
  • Certificate III in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration
  • Air-conditioning and refrigeration supervisor's licence
  • Current and valid Australian driver's licence

Nice to have: Training/experience from OEM is highly regarded.
