Overview

New store opening in Dubbo. Manage daily store operations. Drive sales & profit. Ensure superior service standards. Lead, develop & coordinate a retail specialist team.

Responsibilities
  • Work for an exciting and rapidly growing company
  • Lead the day-to-day operations of the store to ensure a high level of customer service
  • Drive store sales, profitability and KPI targets
  • Maintain stock integrity, merchandising standards and stock availability
  • Lead, develop and coordinate a retail specialist team and ensure effective rostering
  • Report to the Regional Manager and uphold financial management and operational standards
  • Foster a positive customer experience and build relationships with customers, team members and the local community
Qualifications
  • Retail management experience
  • Demonstrated understanding of the key performance indicators for a retail business
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams
  • Effective communication and motivational techniques to guide your team
  • Proven ability to achieve sales, wages, KPI's & stock loss targets
  • Understanding of Rostering
  • Ability to train new staff – ensuring they understand expectations and can deliver
  • Drive, commitment and resilience to grow a new business

We're coming to Dubbo and seeking a motivated leader to guide the store and team to success. As a motorcycle enthusiast you will have access to staff discounts and bonus incentives.
