Overview

Store Manager - AMX Dubbo at AMX Superstores

Responsibilities
  • New store opening in Dubbo with accountability for daily store operations
  • Drive sales and profit while ensuring superior service standards
  • Lead, develop and coordinate a retail specialist team
  • Maintain stock integrity and effective merchandising
  • Manage day-to-day financials and operational standards, and drive store KPIs
Qualifications
  • Retail management experience
  • Demonstrated understanding of key performance indicators for a retail business
  • Proven ability to lead teams
  • Effective communication and motivational techniques to guide your team
  • Proven ability to achieve sales, wages, KPI, and stock loss targets
  • Understanding of rostering
  • Ability to train new staff and ensure they understand expectations and can deliver
  • Drive, commitment and resilience to grow a new business
