About the Role
We are looking for a confident and capable Store Manager to lead our Battery World store in Dubbo. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will take full responsibility for store performance, team development and customer satisfaction across both retail and trade channels.
As the local leader, you will be trusted to run the store with autonomy while being backed by a supportive business owner and one of Australia's most recognised specialist retail brands.
Key Responsibilities- Lead daily store operations, team rosters and customer service
- Drive retail and trade sales, margins and customer loyalty
- Maintain high standards in stock control, store presentation and safety
- Build strong relationships with local customers, tradies and businesses
- Develop and mentor a small, close-knit team
- Monitor KPIs, resolve issues and deliver store growth outcomes
- Prior experience in retail, trade or automotive sales
- Proven ability to lead teams and take ownership of performance
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Local knowledge and a commitment to the Dubbo community
- Current driver's licence and full-time availability
- Strong work ethic and a proactive, self-led mindset
- Competitive salary of $75K–$85K plus bonus potential
