Venue Manager

We are seeking a passionate and self-motivated Venue Manager to lead our team at Nine Yards South Melbourne, a leading and expanding hospitality group in Melbourne.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team with high standards of service and guest experience
- Work closely with kitchen and bar teams to maintain standards
- Develop and implement effective service strategies and events
- Manage sales and costs analysis
This is a full-time leadership role working daytime hours only. As a Venue Manager, you will have above-award wages, clear KPIs, and support systems to help you succeed. You will also receive performance bonuses based on quarterly reviews and opportunities for professional growth and training.
Requirements:- Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience required
- Working rights required
- Passion for hospitality and willingness to learn
