The Administrative Officer Level 3 - Discharge Patient Flow Concierge (DPFC) will provide administrative and clerical support to improve patient experience and Access and Flow KPI's.
This role reports to the Mental Health Division and supports the journey of Mental Health patients from admission to discharge. The position is primarily located at Shellharbour Hospital but may require work elsewhere within the Illawarra Shoalhaven Local Health District.

Shellharbour Hospital, on Dharawal Country, provides emergency services, elective surgical services, general medicine, antenatal and primary family health care, satellite renal dialysis, and mental health services. It is accredited by the Australian Council on Health Care Standards (ACHS).
Located on the NSW South Coast, Shellharbour is known for its coastal scenery and is about 1.5 hours from Sydney.
