Overview

We offer a fully funded training program to complete your Certificate III while you earn an income. This traineeship is with BlueCare in the community care sector.

Responsibilities
  • Spending time on the road completing scheduled visits, interacting one-on-one with clients within their homes to support daily activities
  • In home personal care and daily living assistance including showering, personal hygiene, meal preparation, house cleaning, laundry and ironing
  • Providing care in accordance with each client's individualised Care Plan
  • Supporting clients with community-based recreational and social activities
  • Transportation and assistance with shopping and appointments
Role Requirements
  • Current Australian Driver's Licence (Green Provisional minimum) – Essential
  • Vehicle that is roadworthy and insured (Third Party Property minimum) for work – Essential
  • Experience with technology (smartphones, tablets, laptops, etc.)
  • Ability to satisfy relevant probity checks required by legislation or policies
Employment Details
  • Employment Status: Maximum Fixed Term - Part Time
  • Location: Biloela, Monto & Surrounding Areas
  • Remuneration: $32.39 p/hr + 12% Super + Not for Profit Salary Packaging (increases take-home pay) + Allowances & Travel Reimbursement (km) + Employee discounts
  • The Program: Complete a Certificate 3 in Individual Support while you earn an income. Government funding will be connected so you can complete the certificate at no cost (valued at approx. $3,650)
