Casual Position Sport Advisor – Sydney stores: Miranda, Tempe and Auburn

Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences by providing tailored product and service solutions across in-store and online channels.
  • Provide excellent customer service, understand customer needs, and guide them toward the best sporting solutions.
  • Present a range of products and services, including new items, used gear, rentals, and subscriptions.
  • Build relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
  • Actively promote and sell offerings through in-store interactions, online platforms, and social media engagement.
  • Facilitate smooth transactions by offering different payment options and providing basic repair and personalisation services.

Create a welcoming and accessible store environment that encourages customers to explore products and solutions.

  • Design and maintain customer-friendly store layouts that are accessible and safe.
  • Provide clear and accessible product information to help customers make informed decisions.
  • Maintain accurate stock levels and ensure product availability across physical and digital channels.
  • Prioritise customer safety and protect customer data in line with company guidelines.
  • Develop visually appealing product displays that showcase the breadth of offerings.
  • Promote sustainability through responsible waste management and eco-friendly practices.
Workshop responsibilities (option/eligibility)

This role may include responsibilities within our workshop areas. The candidate should be motivated and detail-oriented, spanning across multiple in-house workshops to build a wide range of skills:

  • Bike Workshop: diagnose mechanical issues, perform repairs, assemble and service bikes, maintain a clean and safe workspace.
  • Printing Workshop: assist in product customization, prepare designs for production, ensure quality standards.
  • Restringing Workshop: diagnose racket restringing needs, provide high-quality restringing services, maintain records of string types and tensions.
