    About The Role

    We're looking for a strategic leader and exceptional communicator to elevate our bid function within the growing Speciality Services team at Green by Nature. As our Bid Services Manager, you bring a passion for winning work and will:
    • Lead and coordinate end-to-end bid and tender responses
    • Oversee a high-performing team including a Bid Writer and Business Development Manager
    • Collaborate with stakeholders across business development, operations, finance and legal
    • Drive innovation, process improvement, and consistent bid success
    • Support a culture of quality, accountability, and continuous improvement

    What You'll Bring
    • A degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field (APMP certification a bonus)
    • 5+ years in bid management, proposal writing, or a similar field
    • Proven leadership skills and experience managing large or complex bids
    • Excellent project management and written communication skills
    • A collaborative, strategic mindset with a sharp eye for detail
    • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (Salesforce)
