Lawyer (Associate) - Banking and Finance
Exciting opportunity to join a leading Banking & Finance team in Sydney as an Associate (2–5 PAE). You'll work on complex domestic and cross-border financings, including multi-tiered, multi-sourced structured transactions and workouts, multipartite arrangements, intercreditor issues, and security. You'll gain hands-on exposure to high-profile clients such as governments, global banks, private credit and investment funds, and multinational corporations.
Responsibilities- Join a high-performing Banking & Finance team and work on complex financings across domestic and cross-border contexts.
- Engage in multi-tiered, multi-sourced structured transactions and workouts.
- Assist with multipartite arrangements, intercreditor issues, and security considerations.
- Contribute to government co-funding and innovative financing structures.
- Provide support across projects for high-profile clients including governments, global banks, private credit and investment funds, and multinational corporations.
- 2–5 years PAE in Banking & Finance (or equivalent experience).
- A strong interest in structured and complex financing transactions.
- Excellent technical, drafting, and problem-solving skills.
