This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced marketing and communications professional to manage all external and internal business activities and promotions for our Industrial & Logistics business. This includes creating and executing internal and external communications, developing marketing collateral, communicating and presenting research, and strategizing the National Marketing Plan for Industrial & Logistics.

With support from the extended Corporate Marketing team and an internationally recognized brand, you will be actively involved in the following:

  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and implementing marketing strategies based on stakeholder feedback
  • Coordinating client engagement strategies, external and internal forums, workshops, and presentations
  • Collaborating with Industrial & Logistics colleagues and across other Colliers product lines to build business and implement industry best practices
  • Executing effective digital marketing and communications campaigns to promote the Industrial & Logistics team capabilities both internally and externally

You will bring the following expertise to this role:

  • Qualifications in marketing, business, or communications
  • A minimum of 5 years of professional services or B2B experience, ideally with marketing services
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure
  • A strong understanding of digital marketing (highly desirable)
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Adobe InDesign
