Little Peoples Early Learning Centres are looking for committed and enthusiastic Certificate III or Diploma Qualified Educators to join our team on a casual basis across our Wollongong and Shellharbour services.
Responsibilities- Plan, implement, and evaluate high-quality educational programs for children based on the Early Years Learning Framework.
- Observe and assess the needs and development of each child and adapt programs accordingly.
- Collaborate with families to share insights and build strong partnerships.
- Maintain documentation and records as per regulatory requirements.
- Participate in continuous professional development and team meetings.
- Foster an inclusive environment for children with diverse needs.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Hold a Certificate III or Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care.
- Have a valid Working with Children Check.
- Hold a current First Aid Certificate (or be willing to obtain).
- Be committed to a casual position.
