Little Peoples Early Learning Centres

Little Peoples Early Learning Centres are looking for committed and enthusiastic Certificate III or Diploma Qualified Educators to join our team on a casual basis across our Wollongong and Shellharbour services.

At Little Peoples, we celebrate the uniqueness, interests, and developmental needs of each child by tailoring the curriculum to their strengths and creating meaningful learning opportunities. Our Early Learning Centres provide warm, nurturing, and safe environments where children can thrive and develop a lifelong love of learning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, implement, and evaluate high-quality educational programs for children based on the Early Years Learning Framework.
  • Observe and assess the needs and development of each child and adapt programs accordingly.
  • Collaborate with families to share insights and build strong partnerships.
  • Maintain documentation and records as per regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in continuous professional development and team meetings.
  • Foster an inclusive environment for children with diverse needs.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.

Requirements:

The Successful Candidate Must
  • Hold a Certificate III or Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care.
  • Have a valid Working with Children Check.
  • Hold a current First Aid Certificate (or be willing to obtain).
  • Be committed to a casual position.
