Are you passionate about early childhood education? Do you thrive in a nurturing and energetic environment? We're looking for dedicated individuals to join our vibrant childcare centre as a Certificate III Qualified Educator, Diploma Qualified educator and a Trainee starting their journey in the industry.

Balgownie Early Learning are looking for an educator to join their team, the following positions will be accepted;

  • Full time and part time role
  • Certificate III Trainee
  • Diploma Trainee
  • Certificate III educator
  • Diploma educator

Certificate III Educator:

  • Hold a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent)
  • Current Working with Children Check (WWCC)
  • First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis training (or willing to obtain)
  • A caring, enthusiastic and reliable attitude
  • A genuine love for children and education

Trainee:

  • Willingness to study and complete a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education while working
  • Passion for working with children
  • Strong work ethic and a positive attitude
  • No prior experience necessary – just a willingness to learn and grow

Diploma Qualified Educator:

  • Hold a Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
  • Current Working with Children Check (WWCC)
  • First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis training (or willing to obtain)
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
  • Confident in programming, planning and leading rooms
  • A positive, professional and caring approach
