Digital Communications

Are you passionate about digital storytelling, data-driven strategy, and online engagement? Join us as a Digital Communications & Analytics Partner to deliver high-quality digital content and insights that elevate our brand, deepen stakeholder relationships, and amplify our impact.

You will work full time, Monday – Friday, and be based in our Hobart office, located on Franklin Wharf.

Digital Content Creation: You will be producing and editing graphic design content and audio-visual media, including photography and video content. You are a confident, social person and you will bring energy and enthusiasm to every shoot - your passion for Tassal and digital communications will inspire our team to get involved.

Social Media Management: You will manage our social media handles across multiple platforms. You will create proactive and reactive content aligned with our broader communications and marketing strategies. Your work will grow Tassal's content reach, boost engagement and build a loyal following.

Digital Analytics: You will have some experience with data analytics and be able to deliver regular reports and dashboards on content performance, audience engagement and website behaviour to inform our strategy. You will develop a consolidated digital content plan to guide activity across digital channels and accounts. Your in-depth knowledge of SEO/SEM performance, social media analytics and digital marketing metrics will guide you in this role.

Travel: You will be required to travel across Tasmania to our different sites on a regular basis. Interstate travel will also be required.

• Proven experience in creating, coordinating, and producing digital communications content
• Experience in managing social media handles across multiple platforms
• Experience producing and editing audio-visual media (photography and video content) and a working knowledge of graphic design software applications
• Qualification in Media/Communications/Marketing or relevant experience
