This role involves efficiently processing claims and enquiries through various channels, including phone calls, emails, Live Chat, and social media. The consultant will engage with consumers at different points in their journey to create an emotional connection with Selleys brands (pertaining to Sealants, Adhesives and Fillers), ultimately driving sales and brand loyalty. This is an opportunity with real variety. The role reports to the Help & Advice Manager and sits within the Marketing team at Selleys in Padstow. As a key member of our team, you'll have the ownership, training and support you need to succeed, both from your leader and your colleagues. This is a real consumer-focused role, so to succeed you'll need to service orientated and have the confidence to deal with varying enquiries with ease. You'll be joining a small, close-knit team so a positive approach to teamwork and flexibility is essential.
