Lead Methodologist

As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in developing and maintaining the methodology that underpins our assessment processes. This is an exciting opportunity to drive positive outcomes for our customers by ensuring that all decisions and precedents are recorded accurately and disseminated effectively.

About the Role
  • Develop and maintain the methodology and processes to ensure they are applied consistently and fairly across the organization.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop new methodology and improve existing processes.
  • Take responsibility for recording and disseminating methodology-related decisions and precedents.

Your Skills and Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in an advice role, preferably including remediation or investigations.
  • RG146 qualifications (Diploma of Financial Planning or Advanced Diploma of Financial Planning).
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with various levels of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Practical experience in a role that gives exposure to the complexities of the financial advice process, regulations, and standards.
