ROLE: Dealer Network Development Coordinator - CUPRA
Location: Sydney

About your new RoleReporting to the Director, CUPRA (with a dotted line to the National Manager - Dealer Network Development), you'll support the strategic and operational development of Volkswagen Group Australia's national dealer network. This role will see you working cross-functionally with internal teams and dealer partners to manage data, drive projects, and support compliance with corporate and brand-specific requirements.
Responsibilities- Coordinating dealer network projects including new appointments, relocations, facility upgrades, and terminations.
- Following up on the delivery of signage, furniture, and other items required for dealer facilities.
- Maintaining and updating the dealer database across all brands, including contact details, ownership structures, and contractual status.
- Assisting in the preparation and publication of brand operating standards and policies.
- Supporting the creation of presentations and reports for dealer network development initiatives.
- Assisting with compliance monitoring of dealer agreements, brand standards, and corporate identity guidelines.
- Coordinating the administration of dealer agreements and renewals.
- Supporting the distribution of dealer performance reports across the network.
- Contributing to broader projects such as market studies, strategic planning, and dealer performance improvement initiatives.
- A certificate or diploma in Business Administration (or similar).
- Previous experience in an administrative or coordination role, ideally within the automotive or retail network sector.
- Strong organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word , SharePoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
