We're looking for a Marketing Manager to lead our marketing function end to end. This role is strategic with an element of hands-on: you'll set direction, create structure where it's needed, and ensure every channel delivers measurable results. You'll manage a small but growing team, provide leadership and clarity, and make a direct impact on Salt Lab's growth.

What you'll do

  • Set and execute the marketing strategy across Meta (paid & organic), TikTok, Amazon, Email, Google Ads, influencer partnerships, retail and seasonal campaigns.
  • Own planning and delivery of both seasonal and always-on campaigns.
  • Build reporting frameworks and processes to track ROI and improve efficiency.
  • Manage and optimise the marketing budget, ensuring spend is aligned to growth outcomes.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the marketing team.
  • Take full ownership of the marketing funnel - from awareness to retention - ensuring activities are aligned at every stage.
  • Partner with internal teams and agency partners to deliver results.
  • Regularly review channel performance and optimise to meet acquisition and retention targets.

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years in a senior marketing role, ideally within e-commerce or retail.
  • Strong track record delivering growth across Meta, TikTok, Amazon, and Email.
  • Experience managing external stakeholders and agencies.
  • Proven ability to lead and inspire small teams.
  • Comfortable building process and structure in fast-moving environments.
  • Commercial mindset with strong analytical skills, using data to drive decisions.
