The Opportunity
This Senior Accountant opportunity is a 12-month fixed-term contract to cover parental leave. You will support monthly reporting and gain broad exposure across the business within a collaborative finance team. The role offers 3 days of work from home per week.
The Challenge
Reporting to the Associate Director of Group Reporting, your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the preparation and review of monthly corporate head office reporting.
- Assisting with general ledger transactions, reconciling balance sheet accounts, and maintaining accurate financial records.
- Maintaining and updating fixed asset registers, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Contributing to cash flow forecasts and month-end intercompany balance confirmations.
- Collaborating on ad hoc tasks and projects as directed by the Associate Director of Group Reporting.
The Expertise
- Ideally, you are immediately available to start a new role.
- You have at least 3 years' experience in an accounting function, preferably within a medium-large company or from professional services.
- You are CPA or CA qualified, or working towards full qualification.
- You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- You thrive in fast-growing, dynamic environments and enjoy working towards shared goals.
