About the opportunity:

This role involves working with our established high-performing Service Team to service and maintain complex building automation systems and equipment.

  • Training available in other areas including Chillers/HVAC.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Installation and commissioning of equipment.
  • Fault analysis and rectification of technical issues.
  • Servicing and maintaining installed equipment on existing sites.

As a global company, we support internal promotion and offer opportunities to move into other areas or develop leadership skills into management roles.

What we are looking for:

  • Experience with building performance, energy efficiency solutions, and mechanical services.
  • Skills in IT, network communication, and PC hardware configuration.
  • Preferred experience with BMS/DDC software engineering.
  • At least 5 years of experience in building controls post-apprenticeship.
  • Operational experience with commercial HVAC.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong understanding of chiller, boiler, and airside plant performance and design.
  • Passion for safety identification and resolution.
  • Electrical or restricted electrical license is essential.
