As part of the People, Culture & Inclusion business unit, our Employee Experience team provides employees with the expertise, tools and services to support the delivery of the Agency business plan and includes employee lifecycle, wellbeing, business partnering and people systems.

Reporting to the Senior Manager - Employee Experience, The HR Systems Analyst (Employee Experience Systems Specialist) is responsible for enhancing the employee lifecycle trough intuitive technology solutions. The role focusses on streamlining workflows, improving data accessibility and reporting, shaping a dynamic PCI technology roadmap in collaboration with internal and external partners, and supporting day to day operations and strategic projects to meet evolving needs within the various PCI functions.

Key Responsibilities

As HR Systems Analyst (Employee Experience Systems Specialist) you will be responsible for optimising employee lifecycle workflows by maintaining and enhancing Workday-enabled processes and dashboards, streamlining off-system workflows, and ensuring clarity and transparency across the People, Culture and Inclusion (PCI) function. You'll gather and document requirements for system changes, collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to ensure platforms are fit-for-purpose, and maintain up-to-date guides and documentation. Additionally, you will oversee access and platform governance by conducting quarterly access reviews, maintaining clean security roles, and proactively addressing any gaps across PCI systems.

In support of the Remuneration, Analytics and Governance team, you will support reporting and self-service capabilities, ensuring compliance with legislative and policy requirements, and contribute to cyclical performance and remuneration activities. You'll lead PCI's engagement with Corporate Technology and managed-service partners to manage enhancement backlogs, coordinate testing, resolve incidents, and maintain a PCI technology roadmap. The role also includes providing expert support for projects, handling day-to-day queries, and ensuring continuity during team absences, with a strong focus on delivering a seamless and employee-centric experience.

About You

We're seeking a highly skilled Workday HCM professional with certification and a background in HR, Business, or Information Systems, bringing hands-on experience in configuring and maintaining core HCM, talent, advanced compensation, and performance modules. You should demonstrate strong expertise in access control, compliance, and data governance, alongside advanced reporting capabilities using tools like Workday and Power BI. Adept in Agile delivery, vendor collaboration, and continuous improvement practices, with a proactive approach to process mapping and self-service enablement.

Candidates should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, high attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to thrive both independently and in team environments. You should maintain composure under pressure and consistently delivers in fast-paced, evolving settings.
