Enhance HR Systems and Processes as a Senior Analyst

Play a key role in supporting HR systems and process enhancements across the organization.
Support and drive automation, manage key initiatives, and champion continuous improvement with a strong focus on user experience (UX/UI) and Human-Centered Design (HCD).
Key Responsibilities:- Analyze and document current HR processes and systems to identify opportunities for improvement and automation.
- Collaborate with HR teams to implement system changes and enhancements, ensuring seamless integration and maximum efficiency.
- Develop business cases, requirements, and implementation plans for HR-related projects from conception to delivery.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in HR or related fields with a strong understanding of HR processes, systems, and data.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with ability to manage multiple initiatives and work collaboratively across teams.
- Tertiary qualification in Business, HR, IT, or related field, with certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, BABOK) advantageous.
