Our ideal candidate will possess the following:
- Experience in rail operations, signalling, transport logistics, or other operational environments where safety and compliance are key.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with sound numerical reasoning.
- A flexible and adaptable approach to working both autonomously and within a team.
- A commitment to learning and applying policies, procedures, and technology effectively.
- High attention to detail and familiarity with regulated, process-driven work environments.
- Certificate IV in Network Control or relevant Rail Signalling qualifications (desirable)
- Demonstrated alignment with V/Line's values of responsiveness, integrity, impartiality, accountability, respect, leadership and human rights.

Training Commencement and Availability
Training for this position is expected to commence in November or December. As part of the initial training and rostering requirements, successful candidates may be required to work during the Christmas and New Year period.
