Job Title

HYDAC Australia is seeking an experienced and ambitious professional to join the team in Melbourne as a Technical Training Officer.

About the Role

This position will enable you to utilise your skills and knowledge to conduct local and in-field training, offer training needs analysis and formal assessments, network with other training institutes and authorities.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Conduct Local and In-Field Training
  2. Offer Training Needs Analysis & Formal Assessments
  3. Network with other training institutes and Authorities

You will have a high degree of computer literacy skills, excellent oral and written communication skills and Certificate IV in Training and Assessment. Your understanding of customer needs, attention to detail and proven leadership skills will ensure your success in this challenging role.

Requirements
  • Knowledge of the fluid power sector with experience in all industrial markets
  • A background in Mechanical & Technical trades within hydraulics or motion control is preferred
