Located in UTS Building 10, the Aerial Function Centre is a premium events venue that hosts corporate functions, conferences, and celebrations.

About The Role

We are seeking a Group Events & Sales Coordinator to join our Aerial commercial events team on a 6-month fixed-term contract, with a view to permanency.

As the first point of contact for event and catering enquiries, you'll play a key role in coordinating bookings, managing client communications, and supporting the seamless delivery of memorable events.

Working closely with the Group Events & Sales Manager, you'll also assist with sales administration, reporting, and maintaining accurate booking systems to help achieve sales goals and deliver an exceptional client experience.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate bookings and manage client communications for event and catering enquiries.
  • Support seamless delivery of events in collaboration with the events team.
  • Assist with sales administration, reporting, and maintaining accurate booking systems.
About You

We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building strong client relationships. You'll bring:

  • At least 2 years' experience in events coordination, hospitality, or administration.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills with a sharp eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confidence working with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (EventPro experience highly regarded).
  • RSA certification.
  • (Desirable) A qualification in Event Management, Hospitality, Business, or a related field.
