Located in UTS Building 10, theAerial Function Centreis a premium events venue that hosts corporate functions, conferences, and celebrations.
About The Role
We are seeking aGroup Events & Sales Coordinatorto join our Aerial commercial events team on a6-month fixed-term contract, with a view to permanency.
As the first point of contact for event and catering enquiries, you'll play a key role in coordinating bookings, managing client communications, and supporting the seamless delivery of memorable events.
Working closely with the Group Events & Sales Manager, you'll also assist with sales administration, reporting, and maintaining accurate booking systems to help achieve sales goals and deliver an exceptional client experience.
About You
We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building strong client relationships.
You'll bring:
At least 2 years' experience in events coordination, hospitality, or administration.
Strong organisational and multitasking skills with a sharp eye for detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Confidence working with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (EventPro experience highly regarded).
RSA certification.
(Desirable)
A qualification in Event Management, Hospitality, Business, or a related field.
