The Location

Located at the water edge of Townsville, Bolton Clarke's Rowes Bay community provides high-quality aged care in a friendly, secure and comfortable residential environment.

The Role

As a Clinical Coordinator, you will ensure our aged care clients and clinical employees are supported. Combining case management, clinical governance, AN-ACC, rostering, and staff management, the role of Clinical Coordinator is essential to ensure the leadership and coordination of all aspects of clinical care.

Key Accountability
  • Provide clinical leadership and supervision of care teams including Nurses, Personal Carers & Allied Health staff
  • Develop care plans in consultation with the resident, family/carer and other members of the care team
  • Promote a culture of service delivery that aims to improve the lifestyle experiences of residents
  • Maintain an information system that supports and enhances the provision of accurate documentation relating to the resident
To Be Successful, You Will Have
  • Current Division 1 Registered Nurse registration with AHPRA
  • Minimum 2+ years' experience as a Registered Nurse
  • Demonstrated experience in clinical governance, accreditation and AN-ACC
  • Valid working rights in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate etc)
  • Background checks and references
  • Current flu season vaccination (or willing to obtain)
  • Evidence of Covid-19 vaccination
  • NDIS Clearance (or willingness to obtain prior to commencement)
  • Qualifications / AHPRA
  • Complete a police check
