We offer attractive remuneration packages and generous leave entitlements.

Salary range: $54.44 to 58.30 p.h. (Nurse Grade 6 Band 1)

4 to 6 weeks annual leave with 14%-17.5% loading

12.75% employer contribution to superannuation

Plus Salary Sacrificing options may be available

About your opportunity

The Clinical Nurse - Clinical Research Coordinator is an advanced clinical based role for a registered nurse/midwife to support the set-up, conduct and management of research within Townsville Hospital and Health Service.

Requirements:

Mandatory qualifications and proof of registration

Qualification: Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent certification relevant to the position is mandatory.

Nursing: Appointment to this position requires proof of qualification and registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and possession of a current practising certificate.

GCP - Good Clinical Practice certification, or willingness to acquire within 1 month of commencing.

The applicant ideally will have a working knowledge of a range of software packages used in the clinical and management environment, including the Microsoft Windows, Excel, Access, Matrix and Power Point.

This is a Vaccine Preventable Disease (VPD) risk role.
