RoleKey Account Manager – Part Time
Bayer Consumer Health are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Key Account Manager to join the team on a part time basis. In this exciting role, you will drive sales and profits, leverage strategic account planning, and collaborate with national customers to create impactful outcomes. You'll partner with internal teams including Marketing, Category Management, and the Commercial team to ensure alignment and success in reaching ambitious business goals. You will forge mutually beneficial trade relationships with key national customers, unleash the full potential of sales and profit through innovative joint business plans, strategic negotiations on trading terms, and aligned promotional strategies. You'll use consumer and shopper insights to propel growth while tracking trade spend revenue to maximize ROI.

Responsibilities- Achieve budgeted customer sales, profitability, and market share targets.
- Utilise strong negotiation and net revenue management skills to drive results.
- Lead customer profitability initiatives in collaboration with the commercial team.
- Develop and maintain strong business relationships across all accounts.
- Partner with Marketing & Category teams to identify trends that foster category growth and financial success.
- Implement Net Revenue Management (NRM) principles to enhance ROI and profitability.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience managing key/national accounts.
- Degree qualified (or equivalent), preferably in Commerce, Business Studies, or Marketing.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in PowerBI and retail data analysis.
- Proven success in creating, implementing, and reviewing business plans for key accounts.
- Exceptional negotiation skills with a track record of achieving high-level outcomes.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous situations and foster collaborative relationships with stakeholders.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and consultative skills.
- Demonstrated planning and forecasting capabilities for promotional uplift and trade spend tracking.
- Strong commercial acumen with a keen understanding of data and sound ROI decision-making.
