The Operations Coordinator is accountable for day to day customer service, including managing tickets received by our customers and liaising with internal departments. In this position, you would be responsible for tickets via the service desk, customer service, problem solving and troubleshooting.
What you'll bring
Experience:
- Day to day customer service - 80% online service desk ticket management, 20% phone engagement
- Liaise with internal departments day to day, providing outstanding support to peers within the business.
- Trouble shoot arising problems and ensuring timely, efficient resolution
- Working closely with Customer Success to ensure our trusted customers issues and service requests are addressed in a timely fashion.
- Live and breath EML values.
- Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and Power Point - intermediate level
- Experience with data management is welcomed. Facilitating reporting requests, Analysing data and collating customer statistics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to tailor communications to a variety of different clients.
- High energy and resilience, with the ability to effectively operate in a fast paced constantly evolving team environment
- A background in payments is welcomed.
- Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience.
- Previous Customer Service experience.
