You will manage the customer collaboration and joint value creation agenda for your market or set ofcustomers.You improve value and service to customers and increasesupply chain efficiency while offering accountability and transparency to the customer, with your team and you being the key contacts for our customer from a Supply Chain lens.

How you will contribute

You will:

• Drive effective cross-functional communication among stakeholders: sales, logisticsoperations, demand planning, product supply and external partners
• Achieve KPIs targets including customer service, invoice accuracy, late delivery and Root Cause Analysis through effective implementation of processes
• Create a winning team that secures current and future plans by developing, coaching,delegating and leading a team that can drive the business agenda while giving them theopportunity to grow in the organization
• Focus on account or channel-specific initiatives in efficient replenishment and availabilitywhile driving the implementation of joint value creation initiatives identified throughcustomer collaboration
• Deliver enhanced service by driving the implementation of customer supply chainimprovement initiatives and building deep relationships with the customer

What you will bring

A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge:

• Experience in CS&L (Customer Service & Logistics) function, ideally with knowledge of customer supply chain management
• Cross-functional experience (sales, Customer Service & Logistics, demand planning,and logistics knowledge)
• SAP, information systems, process design, standard operating procedures
• Advantageous to have experience leading and developing a team
• Ability to analyze large data sets and derive insights into action with a focus on delivering to timelines andKPIs
• Great interpersonal, teamwork, communication skills & prioritisation
• Able to influence, negotiate and apply commercial acumen
• Advantageous, FMCG experience within supplier or customer

Education / Certifications:

• A business or supply chain degree is an advantage

Travel requirements:

This role will be based between our customers site ( 1 Thomas Holt Drive Macquarie Park NSW 2113) and our NSW's state office, Level 6, 2 Burbank Place Baulkham Hills NSW 2153 Australia.
